    Historic apartment, meticulously restored, awaits you at the end of your journey. Sitting on a private bluff, it offers stunning views of the Mississippi River from its westside rooms and front porch. Second of three townhouses restored in this 1906 four-plex building. Furnished with comfortable antique and vintage-style furniture complementing its construction date and your stay in Davenport’s Hamburg Historic District. Fully furnished, full sized kitchen, separate dining and living rooms. Second floor master bedroom with ¾ bath. Second floor central full bath with washer and dryer shared by the other two bedrooms. Downstairs half bath powder room. Private parking lot behind the townhouse.

    A few blocks walk from Davenport’s downtown and the Mississippi River front.
    NOT a handicapped-accessible site due to topography and two-story interior.
    Free Tesla destination EV charger (48 amps) available one block away.
    Seven nights minimum stay. 10% discount for reservations of 28 days or more. An additional 10% discount (which I will refund you after the reservation is made) if you rent adjoining townhouse as well. $100 fixed cleaning fee. PS..despite what the VRBO auto listing says the Rhythm City Casino has moved to Elmore Ave near the I80 interstate.
