Welcome to Magical Florida Stay, your perfect home away from home in Davenport, Florida. Just 15 minutes from Disney, our home was thoughtfully designed for families looking to enjoy the magic of Orlando while relaxing in a peaceful and private setting.

Comfortably sleeping up to 10 guests, you’ll find three immersive themed bedrooms, a private pool with beautiful sunset views, a Harry Potter game room, a modern Mickey-inspired living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee station, dining area, laundry room, and everything you need for a memorable stay.

Everything is Brand New
Every corner of our home has been completely renovated and thoughtfully designed. From the beds, furniture, and mattresses to the air conditioning, décor, and finishes, everything is brand new. As you step inside, you’ll immediately notice the fresh, clean feeling and the scent of a truly well-cared-for home. We take great pride in providing a spotless, welcoming space so you can relax and enjoy your stay from the very first moment.

Sleeping Arrangements

The Moana Master Suite is the perfect retreat after a day at the parks. With a comfortable king-size bed, a spacious layout, a large walk-in closet, Smart TV, and its own private bathroom, it brings the relaxing island atmosphere of Moana to life through custom artwork, tropical décor, and warm details that make you feel like you’re on vacation the moment you walk in.

The Toy Story bedroom, inspired by Jessie, is full of Disney magic. The custom murals, glowing sunset lighting, and playful cowboy details make it feel as if you’ve stepped right into Andy’s room. With two queen beds, it’s ideal for families or friends traveling together and comfortably sleeps up to four guests.

The Super Mario room is every gamer’s dream. Featuring custom Mario-inspired décor, colorful LED lighting, oversized character murals, and fun themed beds, it’s designed to make kids (and adults) smile from the moment they open the door. This room offers two twin beds and one full bed, comfortably sleeping up to four guests.

The home includes two full bathrooms: one private bathroom inside the Moana Master Suite and a second full bathroom conveniently located between the Toy Story and Super Mario bedrooms.

One of the favorite spaces in the home is the Harry Potter game room, complete with a pool table, foosball table, air hockey, a sofa bed, and its own Mini-Split A/C system, making it comfortable to enjoy year-round.

Outside, relax in your private screened pool while enjoying beautiful Florida sunsets and a peaceful, open view with plenty of privacy. Pool heating is available for $30 per day (minimum $90 per stay) and must be requested at least 48 hours before arrival.

The Mickey-inspired living room offers a bright, modern space to gather after a day of adventure, while the fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals, along with a dedicated coffee station. You’ll also have access to a dining area, washer and dryer, and free private parking for up to two vehicles.
