"This was supposed to be a 5 day stay, but the house was unacceptable. The couches were stained. The pillows on the bed had yellow stains. The blinds were torn. The shower was not clean. My daughter said there was blood on the sheets in the room she was in. I tried calling and emailing them to be put in another property of there's. I got an aswering service. "The location was very nice the house was awesome had everything we needed, but the customer service from Fairway Florida villas was not so good. The A/C did not reach the first floor room so most of the time it was hot in that room, the second floor bedroom had a leak thru the window so when it rained the water came thru leaving puddles of water in the room, the washer machine broke and could not get fixed in time I had to fight to get clean towels."
