"The location was very nice the house was awesome had everything we needed, but the customer service from Fairway Florida villas was not so good. The A/C did not reach the first floor room so most of the time it was hot in that room, the second floor bedroom had a leak thru the window so when it rained the water came thru leaving puddles of water in the room, the washer machine broke and could not get fixed in time I had to fight to get clean towels."

"The check in process was weird since I didn't think I needed to check in with the door code they gave me being at the top of the instructions so figured I was good The elevator was in some rough shape and could definitely use new flooring. The space itself has been newly remodeled so very pretty but the bathrooms needed quite a bit more attention paid to. There was some gunk in the guest bathroom shower that we only ended up using the primary for showering. The sheet on the primary bed had...

"The hotel was in the middle of remodeling so room was nicely remodeled and room was clean. Price of the room was excellent for the location. Location was good for where we were visiting. "
