"It’s not around commercial area, it’s in the neighborhood that is not very upkeep and definitely not worth the rate. The stuffs are very friendly though. "

"When we arrived there was no record of our confirmation. The staff were unaware of our arrival. She had to call the owner to confirm. The owner neglected to inform them of our arrival. Such a disorganized way of doing business. Water supply was being turned off during the night. We have to wait for the staff to arrive in the AM to turn it on. Toilet was a big problem when you want to use that night ‘coz it won’t flush because there is no water supply. We had to leave the property a day...

"No hot water. Rats bye the pool and hotel staff said the rats are ok."

"Casa Munda is a homey place. The room was quite clean and uncluttered and ample if one is not looking for a huge lobby. The gardens are quite nice. I did not eat in the restaurant. There is a fridge and a small eating table. The whole area is well laid out. It is close to SM Ecoland and taxis are accessible. The location is a bit hard to find but all in all it was a pleasant stay."

"Strong sewage odor at entrance of the property. A long way from where we stayed. No effect on the room. "

"The manager really went above and beyond to make sure the condo was guest ready. Ice cubes plates, silver ware dish liquid cooking oil ready.. more accomadting than my resort in some ways.. imo"
