We absolutely love staying in this house! It’s so perfect for our 4 and 5 year old being on the bay side. It’s also perfect with the dock so we can fish right off of it. Will be staying here again!!

Wonderful Vacation Spot

We found the property in a really nice neighborhood, very clean and quiet. The home was decorated very beautifully and comfortable. We could see the bay from our back porch and enjoyed early morning and late evening relaxation. Gulf beach access was a short 5 min walk. We felt very comfortable and safe there.

Lovely cabin

The cabin is charming, clean and comfortable! The views of the bay were beautiful and relaxing. I loved the decor and furniture. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and the open concept was nice. Although it is on the bay, you do have views of the gulf. Great location on this lovely island. I would definitely book again!

Spring Break Getaway

The house was way more spacious than I thought it would be and well equipped. Very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect even with little toddlers. Enjoyed the fishing off the private dock. Very cute beach house

Stayed here for our anniversary. Wanted a quiet getaway and this home delivered! It’s decorated very cute, has games, TV with Amazon fire that we were able to watch anything we wanted, board games in the closet, full kitchen with basics, and a comfortable bed. Great for a single family or small group. We’d definitely come back!

Perfect

The house was clean and very spacious. It was so quiet and we loved that we could walk out the back door and be right at the water. There was plenty of space to cook and more towels in the bathroom than we needed for the week. We had everything we needed away from home. Beautiful and Peaceful

Really clean beach house with a fantastic view! Beautifully decorated. Lots of board games for a rainy day. The beds were not super comfy, but also not uncomfortable. The kitchen provided the basics, but there were no extras that we have typically found in other homes, such as coffee filters for the provided coffee maker, ziplocks, aluminum foil, etc. Overall a fantastic stay!

Cottage rental at Dauphin Island

I am sure I rented the best place on the island. It absolutely beautiful inside. Just like the photos in the advertisement. It's on the bay side, which made it more quiet ocean wave wise. The view of the horizon and ocean was gorgeous. Neighbors were night owls, but I was able to get peaceful sleep anyway. I absolutely loved the house and my own private beach at the dock which was a short walk from the house.

Great, relaxing week

Fully & nicely stocked kitchen. The host was generous with supplies. The house was clean & comfortable. The dock needs some TLC, but we were able to fish from there. We saw dolphins and some crabs. If you’re concerned about windows without blinds, this home may not be for you. During the day it’s great seeing out the front & back. However, at night it can be a little unnerving. We loved having our coffee on the back porch! Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

What a Great House!!

We really enjoyed our first vacation in Dauphin Island and staying at this house! It was very clean and beautifully decorated. There were ample towels and blankets to go around! All appliances worked and there were plenty of games to play in the hall closet. The porch was wonderful for after dinner ice cream, and the dock was great for many days of fishing. We caught lots of fish, mostly croaker and a very large red fish! We truly appreciate the restaurant list and the noted stars were helpful when deciding on food. The Bike Rentals on your fridge were great too! Very affordable and super friendly!! What a great time we had and look forward to our next trip to Dauphin Island!!

What a week at the Chic!

My husband and I absolutely loved this house. We had plenty of room for others, but needed this time for ourselves since we were celebrating our 26th anniversary. We sat on the covered back porch with coffee, fished off the private covered pier, and walked along the bay looking for shells. We had perfect weather! This cottage is a perfect getaway. If you fish and you do not have a boat it is very shallow here. I wish it had been a little deeper but that did not prevent us from giving this place five stars. We will definitely stay there again. Oh, and no grill, but we carried our own small griddle and bought grouper and shrimp. Dockside blackened shrimp didn't disappoint either! Wonderful place and pretty private except for neighbors working the crabs but that was rather interesting in itself.

Beautiful, relaxing escape!

The house was nice. The beds were comfortable and the living area and kitchen was pretty and well stocked with all that we needed. The only thing we didn’t like is there were no curtains on the windows leading to the deck in the living room and no curtain on the full glass door of the main entrance to the home. When we left an inside light on in the living room you could see everything inside this living area from the outside. We enjoyed the majestic view provided by the glass doors and windows, but curtains would be appreciated, especially at night for privacy. Other than that, it was a wonderful place with a beautiful view of the bay!
