"Had a great stay at the Sporthotel. The facilities are excellent and the surroundings are beautiful. The weather wasn’t great, but there was so much to do indoors that nobody was bored - tennis, table tennis, billiard, swimming pool, saunas, and a good gym! When the weather was good, we visited the volcanic lakes in the area - the autumn colours of the trees around were amazing in the sunshine. "Great choice for an overnight stop driving further south, but next time, would like to stop for 3 nights to take advantage of the hotel bikes and cycle up and down the Mosel. Lovely sunny terrace for drinks and to eat our evening meal, and the breakfast was splendid."

"This property was like stepping back in time…a very quaint well kept hotel. We were traveling by bikes and they had bike storage on property which was great - they also offered early check in! The breakfast was phenomenal and all restaurants in the area were great! We would definitely stay again!"

"Fantastic getaway destination for a weekend stay (and more). Hotel location is great with hikes nearby and the hotel courtyard, pool and other facilities are amazing! We had two small kids and were worried that their play and shouts might not be met with the warmest feedback but the hotel staff was super welcoming. We had to wait a while at the front desk, because the lady was outside and didn’t hear the bell ring multiple times. Didn’t like that the door was a key.
