The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place all used bath towels into laundry baskets provided in each suite. Wash all beach towels before departure and leave them in the dryer. Please do not strip the beds.
Good unused produce may be left on the counter, we will pass them to people in need. Turn off all lights, televisions, and heaters. Set thermostats to 75 degrees in summer, 65 in the winter.
If you used the beach toys, please place them back in the chest. All beach chairs must be rinsed free of sand before being brought in.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
