The view was great very big apartment.
Bt the phone number they gave us for any problems was not connected
The desk person said it hasn't been connected for 5 years
the key didn't work in elevator my daughter was locked out at 230am and they said they couldn't do anything about it
the internet didn't work they couldn't help again
There is no reception area at the address, the telephone number on the booking was ‘not available’ so we had to disturb locals to establish that the check in area is in another building on another street.
At reception we were told that we could not have the three bedroom unit with views that we had booked in One30 Esplanade as it had a leak. We were given two rooms in this completely different building around the corner with the result that some family members had to share a bed which was not ideal. We did not have the view either.
At breakfast time we took note of the warnings about using the toaster and risk of setting off the fire alarms. However, there was no toaster in either room. Reception advised they had all been removed due to too many alarms. They suggested we toast using the grill, but there was no grill pan.
Reception staff were generally unhelpful and impolite.
Will definitely not stay here again.
The units are spacious. The location is good, waking distance to most things, including water front restaurants and right next door to Aquascene. Nil noise heard from other units.
Everything was perfect. The location and view was amazing. our 3 bedroom apartment was very spacious. Offers free parking.

The apartment was large and mostly well looked after. The check-in process was a disaster though, and it lacked basic amenities that I expect from a serviced apartment. Some maintenance was also overdue to replace light globes and other minor items.
Ocean view was good but the apartment was not as clean as would be expected and smelled very badly in the hallway and bedrooms around the laundry and toilet . Ran out of towels and toilet paper for 2 days and there was no information regarding the hot water system for the shower so we had cold showers for 2 days as well. When asking management to come help, they informed us they would on the next day which they did not as we called back again and they said no one would be working until after the weekend.

The hotel was good at first but going around the house, we saw a lot of dead insects such as flies, bugs and others. There was no lock on some doors give us less privacy and the light was not adjustable it was all dim we wanted to eat were we can see but the light was dim. When needed to drop off the keys, the receptionist told me “why dont you drop it a C2?” And he gave me a dagger as if I am giving him a hardtime. The reception is too far from the actual hotel which made it harder for us to get and drop off the keys. Other than that it was all good need more improvement with customer service.
My first ever review so will keep quick an simple. Had a little family getaway from home. Loved the Apartment. Stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment with magnificent views over the Esplanade an Darwin Harbour. Apartment has everything you'll need an is close to the main entertainment an restaurants hub in the city. Have stayed before an will likely stay again.
Generously sized apartment with one of Darwin’s best views of the sunset and Esplanade. Apartment was very modern looking and clean. Only downsides were that the kitchen wasn’t as well set up as we were expecting: some missing crockery and utensils were the biggest pain, although the host was very accommodating. We were travelling as a young family and it was quite an ideal location for us, with the Esplanade greenery and playground right opposite. The non-lap pool was shaded most of the day, which was nice if not a little chilly. Overall our stay was great and we would go back again!

We didn't get to stay at 130 The Esplanade due to A/C problems. We were put into the apartments behind this block ensuring us we would have an ocean view. We did. Originally we were in a three bedroom apartment as there were three of us having a reunion. We were given three individual apartments that meant we weren't together and had to keep knocking on doors and locking ourselves out to get together. The H Apartments were lovely and so was the pool but, the rooms smelt musty and of mould. The three of us have returned home and all have horrid coughs and colds which we think is from the mould. I have had the cough for three weeks now. I feel that the units need to be cleaned thoroughly and aired and something done about the musty smell.
It was the peak of the season and we paid for our room 3 months ago
They called us 2 days before we arrived on holiday and moved us to another hotel. We had booked a 3 bedroom appartment and they moved us into 3 single room so we could not be with family and the staff didn’t care
