Room was not clean at all, washing machine leaked all through the bathroom and dryer was broken. Wanted a late checkout charged me extra money then as I left proceeded to tell me I could have got it for free if I signed up to Accor members, would have been nice to know prior to paying extra money.

Basic is an understatement but I’ve stayed in worse. Reception staff (who are the only staff you see) are obliged to follow company policy eg check out by 1000 etc. It appears common sense and customer satisfaction are not within the company policy. No restaurant or coffee shop facilities, room was not cleaned / refreshed during my stay. Avoid if you can

Views to ocean spectacular. Beautiful pool to spend time in. No dining experience avail. Room with balcony are great, roomy, comfortable and air-conditioning can get cold. Security of $200 with nothing in the room is pricey for locals.

The property is in a good location with friendly staff members. The condition of the property is an average because the lights are on even if I switch of the electricity, can't close the shower completely thus water goes out of the shower, moulds or black marks at the shower base, etc

We have been staying here on and off since it opened and always loved it. This time very disappointed. They have split the hotel between managed appartments and Accor. No dining room and building has allowed to become tired and unkept. We stayed on 6th floor and had to ensue a horrible noise from the plant room all week. We were told it related to the air con and they were aware of it but no effort to ameliorate.

Booked through wotif and told our reservation was complete and we needed to pay on check-in. At check-in we were told our booking had been cancelled because we didn’t pay a reservation fee through wotif and there were now only 5 non-oceanview hotel rooms available in the whole complex for $400 more for the 6 nights, and no parking included. We were shocked at the extra cost so checked online at accom options and found we were able to book through wotif an oceanview hotel room in the same hotel for $60 more than our original booking. We went to check in again 30 mins later and managed to book our exact same oceanview hotel room we originally reserved. We were relieved we now had accomodation after our initial shock, and paid the extra $19 per day for parking. The a/c broke in the complex and our room was a sauna for one day/night/day but we were grateful to be provided a 1 bedroom oceanview apartment for our last 2 nights.

Great top floor apartment, really spacious with a huge balcony overlooking the water. Brilliant shower, but unfortunately the body wash and conditioner had been watered down to the point that they were useless, so I had to purchase toiletries for my stay. Bed seemed hard but was really comfortable. Air con had been turned on ready for check in-I turned it off at night time as it really wasn’t needed. I’d certainly return!

Despite the fact that there was no restaurant the room was not equipped with facilities to make breakfast. No toaster, cutting board, bowls, sharp knives or spoons other that teaspoons. The pool was not accessible for aged or disabled. No rails, very high steps, main entry into deep water. Very disappointing and in Perth would be breaking the law.

Our room was located at back of property with city views but the noise from nearby backpackers property was too loud and impacted our sleep quality. The music subsided by 1am. Apparently no noise was experienced from front of hotel facing the sea. Next time we will select sea views. Other than that the hotel was comfortable.

We were two singles travelling for a 3 day convention We were in an 1 bedroom apartment with two single beds. It was fabulous so spacious!! We also were upgraded to an oceanview room which was lovely and quiet. Thank you for a fabulous stay will definitely return again next year.

I'd read reviews for the hotel and I'd have to agree with them. The hotel is in an excellent location, was very clean and the staff were very good ( only needed to talk to them a couple of times). The only thing that lets it down a little bit is the bathroom we had. Good size, but a bit dated. Stepping into the bath to have a shower, and particularly back out when wet, was a bit tricky. The bath sides were quite high. Would certainly recommend an update to get rid of the bath and put a spacious, easy to access shower in. I'm an active (tradie who works in roofs a lot) bloke, but even I felt a little sketchy getting out of it. Overall, would certainly stay here again!

I’d stay again
An overnight stay which backed onto a hotel which was a bit noisy. But great views if you have ocean view. Place needs a bit of paint but room very clean.

We had an amazing stay. The staff were extremely helpful. We had an out of hours check in, this went flawlessly. Loved the location, amazing view, quiet restful place to relax. Would defiantly stay again.
