    Three separate flats await you in our spacious holiday home, which are comfortably and practically furnished to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Flat 1 has two bedrooms and five beds, while flat 2 has three bedrooms with a total of six beds. Flat 3 offers a cosy bed-sitting room with two beds and a private terrace. All flats are equipped with a fully equipped kitchen and a shower room, so that you can live in complete self-determination during your stay.

    Our holiday home is characterised by a spacious outdoor area that allows you to enjoy the beauty of nature right on your doorstep. Start the day with a relaxed breakfast on the terrace or let the children and dogs romp around on the spacious lawn. Sporting activities such as badminton or frisbee are just as possible as undisturbed sunbathing in a private atmosphere. The terraces and garden offer plenty of space for relaxation and fun in the open air.

    The location of our holiday home in Katschow, centrally situated between the town of Usedom and the three imperial resorts of Bansin, Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck as well as in the immediate vicinity of the Baltic Sea, Szczecin Lagoon, Peene River and the Achterwasser, makes it an ideal starting point for discovering the diversity of the region. The rural charm of the surroundings in a secluded location provides the perfect backdrop for relaxation and adventure. Thanks to the separate, ground-level entrances to the flats, the large grounds with barbecue area, fire pit, climbing frame and seating areas as well as the available parking spaces, comfort and privacy are paramount.

Ruhe auf dem Land mit großem Grundstück und gemütlichen Wohnungen

Wir hatten eine schöne Familienzeit und waren glücklich, dass wir alle unter einem Dach wohnen konnten. Die Lage ist schön zentral, zu den Kaiserbädern ist man mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit da. Die ländliche Lage besticht durch ihre Ruhe und Weitläufigkeit. Hühner und ein paar wenige Schweine waren unsere direkten Nachbarn. Lärm entsteht hierdurch kaum. Der Geruch bei ungünstiger Windrichtung hat uns ebenso auf dem Lande wohnenden Gästen nicht viel aus gemacht, sollte aber dennoch nicht unerwähnt bleiben. Das Haus ist geräumig und gemütlich
