The hotel is quite clean, the breakfast is excellent, the Wi-Fi can be very erratic, the staff are helpful, and mosquitoes can be challenging. I had no major issue except for WIFI and the chef packing the breakfast without a coutesy of infoming guest still eating that he was ablout to clear out the breakfast. His colleagues apologised for this, but he was quite rude about it. I enjoyed my stay overall and would stay again if i find myself there.
My wife had previously stayed in this hotel hence the reason why i booked it.
What can i say the staff are all sooper amazing and so friendly.
From the guards to the waitresses to reception to the managers and senior managers you are all a credit to the running of this hotel.
The room is amazing and has everything that was needed when travelling with an infant.
Look forward to my visit again next week before flying home
I forgot to add a review in march when i stayed at sea breeze jangwani. Staff are amzing my wife loves the area 3,000 shilings to kfc & pizza hut. Its just like home for me and my wife, we never want to leave 😆
The hotel and bathroom were both of a good size. The bed was comfortable and the shower worked well (hot water for a change!).
The pool and pool area area were both quite small with only about 10-12 loungers available. The "private" beach across the road didn't seem private at all to me as there were many local people around.
The food was average at best and the service was slow. It took almost 25 minutes to get a Greek salad and there samosas.
We were there on a Saturday night and the music was blasting from the beach bars across the street from mid-afternoon onward. If you''re looking for some peace and quiet, this hotel probably isn't a good choice on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.

Breakfast buffet had many options! Bathrooms could use new toilet seats also showers need more detailed cleaning,
Untrue pictures of the rooms and all , not on the beach at all but on other side of the road.
Very nosy from the beach club opposite to the road . Very old and tired beds ..
Very small room
Never again!!
Next door hotel is way better for same price and really on the beach
The owners and employess work really hard to ensure you have a pleasant and enJOYable stay. You can have dinner at the hotel or directly across the street at their restaurant. I appreciated that they don't play loud music late into the night. The breakfast was really good: there's juice, hot food, cereals and baked goods. Dinner is a bit expensive, but that is to be expected at a hotel along the coast. BW does a decent job of keeping their area of the beach clean--folks have to do a better job of not littering. My room (207) was a decent size. You can tell they completed some renovations but need to just patch some holes that were previously drilled. The blackout curtains were a plus! I'd definitely stay again because of the staff and envirnment.
It was our second stay and all went well.
Few things:
Though property says garbage on a beach is out of their control I have a different take on it. While what is washing off on a beach during high tide is out of their control , to clean it is . They say they have full time staff to clean beach . I went there twice and I never saw anyone cleaning it . It was not even that much garbage there . It was a significant amount but not to the point hat it’s not manageable . Such a shame . Because sand and water is beautiful . Every beach on a world has high and low tides and have things washing off the shore . But .. it gets cleaned for people use . That’s it’s just a neglect . We went for lunch at Girrafe
hotel and there beach was perfectly clean.
Spa: it looks gross. Sauna didn’t work. Only steam room . Bench was covered with someone’s scrub . There was something laying there against the wall like some broken peace . Massage table was covered with some stained material. Overall impression was to not return .
Starting with the good. We enjoyed the shuttle driver that picked us up. Very friendly and prompt. The staff was also nice. The breakfast was also nice and we enjoyed it.
The bad - the cleanliness and upkeep was very poor. The dealbreaker for us was not even 14 hours into our stay my wife found and killed a bedbug on the mosquito net around 5am. We were petrified! We promptly notified the front desk and were switched to a room on the other side of the floor. That is not far enough away in my opinion but we already paid 8 days upfront that was non refundable. The day before we checked out got a letter saying property planned on fumigating the next morning. But we left later that afternoon and didn’t see any work. Not saying it didn’t happen but we didn’t see it.
Even after leaving the hotel we are still worried that bedbugs could spread which makes it difficult to sleep at night.
I leave it up to anyone to take this review as they see fit but for a problem like bedbugs that is something we need to know about and taught us going forward to search the reviews specifically and any mention of bedbugs means avoiding that place like a plague. Very very unsettling experience.
We have pictures as proof.
A resort by African standards which for its price is excellent. You could pay five times for an American owned resort but you would miss the local experience.
