A newly built, very clean, modern, and furnished apartment on the outskirts (Mbweni) of Dar es Salaam. It has a spacious balcony to host small parties. Secure neighborhood. The building is secured with a 24-hour electronic camera security surveillance system (CCTV), a protected parameter wall, and a guard. The apartment is less than 10 minutes from the beach, very close to a restaurant and café. It also has an incredible sitting room, dining room, and kitchen. Nicely Furnished bedrooms with bedside tables, lamps and luggage stand. Modern bathroom with shower surrounded by glass, sink on granite and a mirror, Toilet seat and other amenities.
