Good location and price, but you get what you pay for here. Moth eaten blankets, cold showers, no locked entrance and the lack of a breakfast due to renovations. Staff were friendly however.

Staff courteous and friendly. Facility in much need of refurbishing. Holes in curtains, drape not completely on rod, toilet paper androd missing from holder (used facial tissues), floor wet with chemical smell. Saving grace was the friendly, helpful woman who checked me in and i was obly booked for one night.

The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. However, the condition of the room was very poor. The window was cracked and taped. There was tape on the shower wall. There were holes in the bedspread, and a strong cigarette odor in a non smoking room. We were able to air the smell out by opening the window for a while. The sheets were clean and the bed was comfy. One plug didn't work, but others did. The carpet should have been replaced long ago. We will not stay there again.

The room was completely neglected. Beds felt like concrete, holes in the wall, leaky faucets, dirty sheets, reeked of marijuana, the room was a complete nightmare scene.

The room wasn't very clean, hallway floor looked like it hadnt been swept in days, bed was not comfortable, bathroom door was broken, only 1 towel for 2 people so had to go ask for more, no real breakfast to speak of, probably wouldnt have eaten it anyway with the overall cleanliness, just some prepackaged muffins, bagels and bread and a few little boxes of cereal

Room was obviously not cleaned before we went on. Dirty towels, sink had gross gunk in it, and there was an open bag of chips on the very sticky counter. Room smelled terrible and there was crap all over the shower head, as well as a hastily patched hole in the shower.

Great place to stay if you love the smell of wacky weed. Even at 6:00 am when we checked out that was all you could smell. Room was in need of up date. bathroom door wouldnt close, holes worn in the carpet. Room was clean, just old and worn. only one towel in the room, had to go to the front desk for a second one. Breakfast was of few choices and the juce machine did not work.

This hotel should be avoided at ALL costs. We had to check out because it was so dirty. No sign of it having been cleaned. Hair on the beds; residue of who knows what on the floors. No shower curtain, towels, or hand soap available in the room. No toilet paper. Asking for these basic things was an inconvenience to the staff. The room smelled foul. Staff showed zero interest at check in; and zero interest when we left due to the awful state of affairs. The building needs to be condemned. Stay elsewhere in Danville. Don't step foot in this place.

I realize this is a budget friendly chain, but the disrepair of the building is beyond anything I've experienced in your franchise. We stayed one night and asked for a refund for the remaining 2 nights. However, because we paid cash, we had to wait until Monday Morning. People traveling and visiting family don't want to have their time spent dealing with a substandard establishment. When I arrived on Monday to collect the refund I was greeted with a scoff, eye roll, and a no indicated head shake with a snide tone of "I'll just give you the money." I wasn't rude or loud. I was the customer inconvenienced to return to handle the refund. I won't appologize for your employee's inconvenience.
