"Beautiful location! We enjoyed our breakfast sitting out on the patio with a lake and mountain view. Amenities are close to Building 3. Just a walk away from the pool and boutique shop. We also played tennis, pickleball and worked out at the clubhouse which was also a short walk away. Lunch at the Golf Clubhouse was delicious and provided a lovely view of the golf course. We had minor issues in the condo that we requested to be repaired: plugged drain in master shower and towel holder falling...

"This is a cozy, quiet place to stay in the heart of Chatham. Walking distance to Chatham Hall and very close to Hargrave. The owners have created a little oasis and have thought of everything. I can’t stress how much you will love this stay."

"We were hesitant to book this one-bedroom condo without any reviews. It turned out to be the perfect place for my husband and I and our 16-pound Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. The unit was clean and well-appointed and easy to get in and out. The resort has many activities, and my husband played golf at the country club on site. We mostly spent our time with family at a lakehouse nearby, but we felt that this was the perfect place for our needs and we would stay here again."

"Location was great. The Mariners Landing complex is very nice. We would stay at this condo again. Only real complaint was that it could use a spring cleaning, but it wasn’t horrible. Just some cobwebs by the front door and on the balconies. Some other minor things, nothing major. We stayed just before the full summer season started so it may have just been timing for us. The resort grounds are really nice. Good restaurant choices at the resort."

There were only two trash bags and they were so thin they just rip by looking at them. "This property was exactly what we were looking for. We enjoyed our stay immensely. It fit our family of 4 very nicely. The view from the cabin was beautiful. If you have a boat, there is a dock you can tie up to. I will say the stairs to the dock are very steep and may be challenging for older guests, but they did not bother us. The owner was responsive and easy to work with."
