"Nice clean hotel at quiet location"

"We had booked a room at the hotel, but it turned out the room was located in a separate 4 room cottage down a trail where we had to drive by car. We did not feel comfortable there, and room was relatively expensive. Therefore we drove back to the reception to ask for a room at the main hotel. In the reception they claimed that we had booked a room in the cottage. But no cottages were shown at booking by pictures or in writing, nor in our confirmation. "Man merkt, dass die Zimmer nicht mehr ganz taufrisch sind, aber noch völlig in Ordnung. Aber auch klein. Wobei ich allein war und dadurch war es ok. Die Lage ist super. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bahnhof und wenn man aus dem Hotel rausfällt, ist man direkt in der Fußgängerzone. Aber irgendwelche Lüftungen laufen dauerhaft und sind schon laut. Sonderlich gut geschlafen habe ich nicht."
