The staff at the Acoustic hotel constantly going above and beyond to help us have the best time in Hanaway, which we truly did! If I could give them six stars I would. We stayed there three nights and they upgraded us on the third night to a beautiful large room on the luxury side. The smaller room was OK too, except that it had no place to put any luggage so it was very crowded. We did not eat the breakfast, but it looked excellent. On the last day, they gave us a little gift of a Vietnamese bowl thanking us for our stay. They were truly attentive and personal, not just for good commercial purposes. Also, their location is ideal, on a smaller street, so there’s not too much noise, well noise, insulated, and exactly in the middle between the old quarter, the French Quarter, and the museum quarter. We could walk everywhere easily. I would definitely stay there again if I return to Hanoi.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Oriental Jade Hotel. We booked two corner rooms, which were clean and comfortable, although the views from the fifth floor were not particularly impressive. The highlight of our stay was the excellent service. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. We truly appreciated the hospitality and felt well taken care of throughout our stay. The location is fantastic — just steps from Hoàn Kiếm Lake and many of Hanoi’s main attractions, with shopping and plenty of restaurants only a few blocks away. The breakfast buffet could be improved, particularly with more variety and better-quality cheese and cold cuts to accompany the bread selection. The eggs also need some attention; both days our eggs were overcooked, suggesting the kitchen could benefit from some additional training. Overall, what stood out most was the wonderful service and friendly staff. The location is hard to beat, and we would happily consider staying here again.

It's a great boutique hotel in the lively Old Quarter of Hanoi. As good as the hotel is, it's the staff that make the hotel and a stay exceptional. From the management to reception and restaurants, the staff are amazing 👏.
