Spacious 4200 sq. ft. pet friendly cabin close to Smoky Mnts and tourist areas of Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. Lakeside with a dock at bottom of hill behind Cabin. Full game room with shuffleboard, foosball, pool table, dart board, golf game, board games, karaoke, and large flat screen TV. Firepit, sauna, hot tub, and outdoor yard games included. Work desk and WiFi available. Extras for not additional cost include 2 paddle boards and 6 kayaks. Rental lease required. $500 refundable deposit, $300 refundable pet deposit, $60 nonrefundable pet deposit. This deposit is not included in price paid and is requested on day of check in. Deposit is returned day of check out.

Our portion of the lake is drained down mid-end of September to early-mid May.
For insurance purposes, we require a rental lease agreement be signed and a refundable deposit that will be refunded as early as day of checkout or next day.

Full kitchen - We have a coffee pot, crock pot, air fryer, microwave, oven, stove, and cooking accessories for your visit.

Game room - Large flat screen TV with Netflix, Hulu+ (Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN), shuffleboard table, pool table, golf game, and a dart board. If you are anticipating watching a game on ESPN during your stay, please ensure it is provided by the Hulu ESPN package.

Exterior - Hot tub, patio furniture, fire pit, yard games, fenced in yard

Upstairs has a lower and slanting ceiling in many places due to the pitch of the roof. Please note that this could be uncomfortable for some guests that are taller and requires ducking a little bit when walking up and down the stairs inside.
