Booked a room with A/C. At arrival the air conditioning was not functioning. The staff was notified and their response was “there is nothing we can do.” The room was extremely hot. The staff did not even offer a fan or a water bottle.

Incorrect representation of the Eiffel Tower view from the room. We only booked this hotel for the supposed Eiffel Tower view and there’s absolutely no view. And the tower is a ten minute walk. Tiniest bathroom in the world. I’m a petite woman and still couldn’t turn in the shower or anywhere in that bathroom. Too pricey for the size of the room, bad breakfast and no amenities in the bathroom.
