This is definitely just for a need to have a quick stopover on your way somewhere at a cost-effective price. Yes the carpets are dingy but beyond that it's fine with comfortable bed and clean room. The so-called breakfast was only bread for toast and dry cereal. I have stayed twice now and I would go back as a comfortable stay over.

Staff is very courteous and friendly.
Facility is quite dated and worn, but clean, & a BARGAIN.
Bed was comfortable enough - slept well, despite a 4:15AM train behind the building & 6:45AM vacuuming.
Did not hear Route 7 traffic in the back.
The breakfast bar offerings were unappealing; did not eat there.
Everything worked great; the room was appropriately appointed, clean and the staff was great. But the property is experiencing some deferred maintenance - toilet seat was deteriorating, the gym equipment was old, window was missing a screen - and there's not really anything around. It has a restaurant and that's great, but nothing else. That said, it's a great price/value for the area and I would likely stay again should the need arise.
Aging hotel/motel.
Window air/heat conditioning was dirty, could see the dirt accumulated inside the grill, not safe for breathing.
Window curtains needed repair, e.g hems were torn out. Refrigerator had rust on the door base.
Bathroom: nightlight did not work, we had to leave the light on in order to see our way there during the night. Clean towels were not provided, had to reuse.
There were rooms where people actually are living there.
Do not recommend this facility for travel bookings.
Aging motel with junk cars and long term residents smoking pot and playing loud music. Didn’t feel completely safe. A resident there clearly with mental health issues. A bit of dry cereal and English muffins was only thing available for breakfast. Should not be charging $99 per night. The resident restaurant was average.
