"The hotel is average. Rooms are clean and spacious. Amenities are good. What I didn’t like is the breakfast dining hall which is open from all sides and flies are roaming around. The butter was left open which should have been covered to ensure hygiene. Lots need to be improved."

"The place was absolutely beautiful. Our room had stunning views and the facilities overall were excellent, new and very well maintained. The food was great, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We also did a trekking tour organized by them, which turned out to be a wonderful experience. À améliorer : le Check in où il n y avait personne à l arrivée, et comme notre chambre était pas prete, nous avons dû revenir et toujours personne donc un peu d attente. "It was not quite what I expected. It was not 5 star by US standards, but it was ok. The mosquitoes were a bit much- having them in our bedroom and bathroom was annoying, but the staff did their best to help. Overall, it was ok, probably one of the better hotels in Kandy."
