A beautiful hotel, the staff were so friendly & helpful.

The staff at this hotel was incredibly attentive and always went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The rooms were spotless, clean, and comfortable, making it a pleasure to stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Excellent rooms, very clean and spacious all with balconies. Good was good, spa massage was excellent. All staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Negatives never enough water in the rooms in particular as you need water to clean your teeth. Good location for the waterfront and Palace with lots of local restaurants nearby. The one thing I was disappointed in was there was a big lack of sun loungers and places to sit around the pool, not enough for hotel guests. I had to sit in the restaurant twice. The pool tiles around the pool and in it were also very slippery and dangerous and a few people did slip. So be cautious when getting in and out of the pool and there is no hand rail for older people. I would however recommend this hotel for everything else

Clean room staff was wonderful. Everything I expected. What a wonderful place.
