"Kayla greets you the moment you walk in with a warm smile and you immediately feel at home. She was so lovely to work with to get checked in and offered helpful suggestions for dining options close by. Kayla was also very sweet with my service dog and made sure to have dog biscuits at the front desk for the next time I took him out for a walk. This hotel was such a nice surprise! "
