"This place was spectacular! Mary is the best hostess and made us feel right at home. Her personality made everyone feel like we had all been friends for years. Her home cooking was delicious. It felt like having a home cooked meal with family you truly enjoy being around. Our room, the “Nature Room,” was amazing. The bed was so comfortable, the room was very clean, and we had our own private bathroom with our own climate control. Since the room was on the back side of the house, we had a beautiful view of the woods that seemed to go on forever. The location was perfect for Bethel Woods. It is less than two miles away, so you really couldn’t get much closer unless you were camping there. I would definitely recommend this place for a concert weekend or just a quiet getaway."

"After a long stressful drive, my arrival was warmly greeted and easy. The classic old school hotel set up was a nice change from the usual cookie cutter style. Every creak of the stairs had character (no elevator). The room was surprisingly spacious with an unexpected fireplace and large sitting area. The front desk saved me a seat at the busy bar, after mentioning that I'd be down soon. I enjoyed the on site delicious restaurant, old fashioned bar with a speakeasy feel, and live piano/singing entertainment with my favorite cover songs and feel good vibe. The manager made it a point to check in a few times and it was clear that they are taking care of a family business, and caring about your stay, not just hired staff. Great stay, I will be back!"
