"The room had a bad smell. Visually the room looked clean. shuttle service not very reliable, pick up from airport took 1:30hrs return to airport had to use an uber. Take in consideration that this was on a very busy day as all flights were cancelled for a thunderstorm."

"Very disappointed upon walking in hotel. It smelled like a sweaty locker room. Thought it was initially maybe a temporary thing, but sadly every time we walked through lobby it smelled bad, even the next morning! Rooms were clean but dated, especially the shower. Won’t be going back to Omni ..."
