"Very nice hotel for the price. The room is pretty bare bones but we were only in town for a campus tour and it satisfied our needs nicely. Everything seemed new except the toilet which was noticeably dated compared to everything else. The shower was lovely. Our room was on the second floor which helped reduce noise from the parking lot. Would definitely stay here again."

"My stay was a Thursday - Sunday for a special event in town. I had little contact with staff. They were all nice. There was a creepy middle aged guy chatting on his cell phone in the lobby that I tagged as the owner. At least he looked the part as someone who really didn't care about customer service and pride in running a good motel. The furniture, fixtures and A/C unit are old, worn, ugly and falling apart. "For my purpose of visiting my son at Willamette University this property worked fine. It was an easy 4 blocks to his house and 6-7 blocks from campus. The price was very reasonable as well. And thy had a lot of channel choices on the TV which I appreciated. On the downside my room was a non-smoking room but smelled like tobacco smoke and the bed spread had several cigarette burn holes in it. "We really enjoyed our stay. Terry made everything so easy. The studio apartment felt large, was clean, great surroundings, it was wonderful. The only reason for our 4-Star rating is that we also needed to do some work during our stay and the internet was very spotty, which required us to adjust our plans a bit.
