Housekeeping could do a way better job cleaning the rooms and bathroom before another family check in!! Let me just say another person #2 was left on our toilet!! But they cleared the room for being available all because housekeeping checked it off as clean.

Nice hotel, everything was clean. The staff very friendly, comfortable bed. The only thing I didn’t like is that there’s a lot of different odors from the people that cook in the rooms.

Rude house keeping people

The service is not good, the room is still not cleaned and ready when arrived at 4pm with a reservation. The house keeping people is somewhat rude, front desk guy is friendly though. Will not stay there again.

I think a lot of people actually LIVE at this hotel. I know there are small kitchenettes and people do have extended stays, but for a school bus to have an actual stop at this hotel is a clue that it is more than an extended stay...more like a permanent stay. I saw a school bus drop kids off and there were several families going from room to room. They were not loud or rude, it was just a surprise to me. I felt like I was intruding in someone home. Just a weird vibe.

It was a bad experience. Not only they did not provide us with the type of room and bed we reserved but the room they gave us was not locking properly, WiFi service was not working, and the room is not even carpeted. We had to leave the hotel in few hours.

Room was clean. Not enough hot water for the shower, NO COFFEE MAKER IN ROOM. Saturday night there were young children playing on the treadmill s and fitness equipment(2am), and screaming, and there was no onsite management response to the situation.
