This meticulously curated brand new home with Dallas vibes features more than enough room to entertain plenty of guests. As you enter, you are greeted with an open concept kitchen and living space. Take advantage of our roomy kitchen which equips brand new stainless steel appliances! The large and stunning kitchen island seats 4 along with the modern dining table that seats 8 comfortably. For the caffeine lovers, the coffee station features everything you need and more with pods and drip coffee. Right next to the spacious boho chic living room is an instagrammable grass wall which is perfect for selfies and group photos! All three bathrooms are bright and feature spacious stand-in showers making them accessible to those with mobility impairments. Each bedroom besides the kid's room has a designated work area for those wanting to get some work done while traveling. Each bedroom also features Samsung 4k TVs paired with basic cable for those who want to keep up with the news or watch big games! The home is family-friendly as we have a designated kid's room attached to the master bedroom. Get restful nights and comfy sleep with our black-out curtains included in every room!

Our picture-perfect backyard deserves a section of its own and is complete with a propane grill, propane fire pit, as well as a wood fire pit! To accommodate all your guests more than comfortably, we have two different seating areas and a lit-up pergola that features an outdoor dining table that seats 6. And for those looking to relax, we have a cozy hammock chair hanging from the tree! The manicured lawn also comes with a corn hole and ring toss to keep your guests entertained!

All spaces within the home are accessible to the guests except the utility room such as the supply closet and any attics/crawl spaces. The home features on-site parking in the driveway which can accommodate up to four vehicles. Additional parking can be found on the street.

Three House rules -
No Disruptive parties - Events with loud music, parking violations, excessive drinking, take place primarily at night, and 25+ people are not allowed.

Smoking is not permitted inside ($400 fine), no tampering with cameras/security devices, no DJs or large sound systems (Only regular speakers).

First 16 guests are included by the base rate which includes everyone visiting and spending the night. Keep all guests and noise inside after 10:00 PM
