Perfect location and walking distances to Legacy Hall and all of the popular shopping areas around. Very nice room! Easy access to get in and even easier since we didn't have to check in with a person. Would definitely recommend and plan on staying again!!

Best location in Plano

Great location and property. This is not your typical hotel. It is corporate housing situated in an very nice apartment complex. Full kitchen and laundry. Location to amenities is great. I will stay at this property every time I have to come to Plano on business.

Great Layout at a Great Price

Great Location, Great Facility, Great Layout. I wish there were more than 1 keys to the door, but it was great for 2 guys on a business trip. We each had separate bedrooms and bathrooms with a common living area.

We enjoyed being close to restaurants and shopping. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again if in the area. The parking will be a breeze next time, but was a little challenging. The elevator was broken and guest parking is on the 7th floor. You can enter the building on the 4th floor so there were a few flights of stairs involved.

The apartment complex was nice and very close to everything in legacy west. The complex has its own parking garage. Don’t plan to have the exact place as pictured you are assigned a place that is similar. Wasn’t a issue to us. The property responds quickly to help with direction for check in.

Perfectly acceptable, no complaints that would make me not stay again. That said, the unit could do with some general sprucing up, fresh paint in some areas and cleaning the carpet and/or removal. Definite signs of wear and tear that made an otherwise lovely unit, feel dingy. Bedroom overlooks the pool, which is lit all night - black-out curtains would be an added bonus to that room. Location is fantastic, highly walkable area, lots of food and shopping. Communication and check-in and out was simple! Thanks for a great stay!

Minimalist property with a great location & price.

It's a decent enough place. Definitely more geared to long-term stay customers looking for an exec housing solution than as a general substitute for hotel. I was only there for one night, so I'm definitely not their target demographic and that's okay. The apartment was very clean. Mattress was minimalist, for sure (basically a block of hard foam). The furnishings were all very much builder grade, not that this matters a lot. Fit and finish was very cheap. The location is amazing. So much walkable. This is more important to me than how nicely appointed the room is. All in all, it was a good price. Good night's sleep. Great location. The communications with "management" was a bit challenging (text only...don't waste your time calling). There's not a "front desk" of any sort. Again, this isn't bad...just an adjustment if you're used to hotel lodging.

Great Place, Communication Lacking, Bad Cust. Svc

Great location, Clean, Comfortable. Communication is horrible. Had to text photo ID and Selfie to a cell number which is INSECURE mode of transmission of PII. Text sent while driving and continued until I responded with instructions on how to get to the property, and where the key was located. Very difficult to find parking garage as instructions now clear. Upon leaving (no instructions recv'd by this time) I left the key on the counter and went to parking garage - unbeknownst to me the elevator was locked (had to have key to open), but was in the room. Called cell number and person unfriendly said i had to go back to building enter wiht digital pad, find another elevator (there was not one!) luckily a resident let me in elevator so i could get to my car. Lastly, recv'd text that i had to send photo of key, so had to leave garage, find parking on the street, go back in photo the key and text to them. LASTLY when booked it is listed as RESERVE NOW - PAY AT CHECK-in, which is NOT correct. I was charged the day my reservation was made. Lady on cell phone contact said that was Hotels.com doing, but finally admitted that is their practice and is normal. Just be aware when staying here - its not an easy checkout process and communication is HORRIBLE.

Ok but parking is AWFUL

The room was very clean and had a good view of the pool. However, the instructions state you need the key to get in the garage and that isn’t true. Also the parking garage they want you to park in, is a good 10/15 minute walk and NOWHERE does it state that in the information on the page. When we called the number to ask about the location of the parking garage the person we spoke to was not helpful and kept telling us to read the instructions WHICH DONT STATE WHERE THE GARAGE IS. We will probably not be returning to this facility because of the location of parking. Very inconvenient.

I actually did not get to stay at this property. A week before my stay they cancelled the booking on me. My daughters birthday party was planned all around this booking at the shops of legacy. THey offered us another place but it was further away. I really had no other choice because it was so last minute that i had to take it. We were not pleased with the new location as it was further away from the shops of legacy and we had to drive our car. Long story short...Just be aware that they can cancel your booking at these kind of places. THis was not expedia it was a company called Stayovr.

Excellent Condo

This place was awesome. The location is fantastic.The condo is so roomy and with 2 walk on closets. Very clean and spacious. Its right next to Legacy shopping strip with excellent shops and restaurants. We will be back. Great stay.

The Grand at Legacy West

Great apartment in a wonderful area. It was very comfortable and parking was easy despite it being a very busy spot on a Friday. A plethora of eating, drinking, entertaining, and shopping in a few minutes walk. Full size fridge and stove too. Good size living room for company and a comfy bed too. Even if you don't swim check out the beautiful pool area, especially at night. A great night and host. Thanks.
