Starter Kit Provided Only:
For your convenience, we provide a starter supply of basic essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and dish soap.

For longer stays, guests will need to purchase additional items as the starter kit will not be replenished during your stay.

Towels & Linens:
We provide a limited number of bath towels, hand towels, and bed linens at the start of your stay.

Please be aware: Extra towels are not provided, and we do not offer mid-stay towel or linen refresh services. For extended stays or additional needs, guests are encouraged to use the in-home washer and dryer.

Well behaved cats and dogs with non-refundable deposit ($200 per pet per stay ) Please keep animals off furniture and pick up after your dog. Please note that there is a penalty fee of $300,if there is a dog in the unit without notifying us.
Quiet Hour: Be respectful of full-time neighbors – quiet hours are from 10pm -7am every day. No outside music or noise ever
Charging electric cars is not permitted on our premises.
No parties allowed.
Please be mindful of the electricity. We cover up to $300 per month and the excess will be billed back to you.
