Global Cup The Brilliant Flat ARBORETUM TICKETS INCLUDED

Conveniently located just outside of downtown, our apartment sits in a historic urban neighborhood, right next to a city park—offering a peaceful setting with easy access to the best of Dallas. 1960's building with new interior accents. Expect original foundation and layout. As a special thank-you, we include complimentary admission to the award-winning Dallas Arboretum. Scroll down for details and make yourself at home!
We take pride in hosting our guests; therefore our apartments are up-to-date with city inspections.

Also, our apartments are serviced on a regular basis for pest control. However, we are located in the great state of Texas, and as guests enter and exit the apartment or building bugs can come in from the outside, this doesn't happen often, but want our guests to be aware.

Looking forward to welcoming everyone to the Global Cup — the world’s biggest soccer tournament!

This is a first floor apartment, you may hear the upstairs neighbors and exterior noise, we offer sound machines and ear plugs upon request. If you need these items please request between 8am-5pm.

Everything was good- enjoyed the rental for sure. Neighbors were louder and up a lot later than us, so that was something to adjust to- but overall a good stay!

Wonderful

The apartment was perfect. A ten minute druve from downtown and close to everything we wanted. The place itself was very nice, very well maintained, and perfect for my son and i. He slept on the sleeper sofa and i slept in the bedroom. Both beds were comfortable. I have no complaints at all.

Walkable Neighborhood

This apartment was very clean & well decorated & was in a good location for my plans to go to the DMA for an exhibit, and also to spend time in the Lower Greenville Ave area. The bed was comfortable with lots of pillows & blankets. Also enjoyed the big fluffy towels. As this was a short stay I did not cook but ate out or warmed up leftovers, kept nicely in the full size fridge with lots of ice ready for my arrival. My only disappointment was there were only 4 hangers in the nice big closet, so bought more for myself & the next guests. I loved taking my evening walk around the neighborhood with lovely homes decorated for Halloween & great wide sidewalks. Best part was being on the 1st floor & being able to park close to the front door! I will definitely look to stay here again on future visits.

Moderate quality, but very clean.

We enjoyed the spaciousness of the unit, bumpy & angled floor and all. The furniture was super basic and couch was of poor quality. Advertised as a full pull-out sofa bed….was a very cheap and hard futon style. Luckily there was a brand new Q air bed in closet-so a comfortable sleep option was provided. Area inside and out was kept clean. Windows only had blinds- but needed curtains to keep light out if you desired to sleep in past 6 am. Arboretum tickets were advertised as part of package; we asked for them in written correspondence and they were never provided.

We came into town for the Dallas Fan Expo, it was so conveniently close for the price. Its in a nice little neighborhood with an abundance of stuff to do around it! This will be on mt list for sure for next time

Clean/Nice Property but Very Loud

Overall, this property was very clean, nicely decorated, and had a really easy check-in process. However, just a heads up for anyone with a baby, the pack and play provided is really cheaply made and the pad that folds out on the bottom doesn't lay flat very well. My husband and I were nervous to have our 8 month old sleep in the pack and play and probably would've found other sleeping arrangements if we were staying more than 1 night. Also, from around 12:30am-3am, the upstairs neighbor was walking around and making noise directly above the bedroom. My husband and I couldn't sleep at all. I suppose we should have known we would run that risk when booking an apartment though.
