Whether you're in town for business or a weekend getaway, our home offers the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and style for an unforgettable stay.
You will have a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need. It has a fenced yard and covered parking for one car in the back. Right across the street from Whole foods and next door to a rely cute coffee shop.
It’s a spacious home with 2 private bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has 2 queen beds. The living room couch pulls out to a full sized bed and we also keep an air mattress just in case.
It’s a very spacious or comfortable home. The home even has a home gym with yoga equipment and free weights. Also there is a outdoor picnic area with a gas grill. You will love it! Book Now

he neighborhood was perfect—very quiet in the evenings, with lots of people out walking, which made it feel very safe. The house itself was extremely spacious and worked well for our group. While the home was generally clean and definitely cleaner than some places we’ve stayed before, it could have used a bit more attention to detail in the cleaning. One thing I did notice, which I’ve also experienced at other places we’ve stayed, was that all of the windows were unlocked when we arrived. Because of that, I’ve made it a habit to check and lock them as soon as we check in anywhere we stay. Overall, we had a good stay and appreciated the quiet, comfortable location.

Great Location!

Great location if you are wanting to visit the area. Many things to see and do. Walking distance to many great restaurants and popular sights. Located in great neighborhood. We saw many dog walkers and runners which gives a great home feel!

I brought my son and his friend to Dallas for his birthday and this rental was perfect for us! It was close to everything we wanted but ticket away in a quiet neighborhood. Jeffrey was awesome and flexible with us so that we could check in early as well.

Great stay. The location was superb. The parking doesn’t accommodate an SUV (damage to my car) and it wasn’t listed as a duplex (although the other half was empty at the time). All in all, I’d definitely book it again, especially for the location.

Great Spot in a Great Neighborhood

Fantastic place in one of the most walkable neighborhoods in Texas. Loved the proximity to food, drink, grocery, and the coffee shop next door. The neighborhood was surprisingly quiet, but everyone we encountered was friendly. The space was well-equipped, and I appreciate the office space in the nook with the monitor hookup. The only note is that the yard is not enclosed, so we had to keep watch on our dog when she went out. But otherwise, the property was perfect. We'll stay again next time we're in Dallas.

The location is certainly excellent. Accessible to everything that we were hoping for. Restaurants, the United Center for the basketball game we came to attend. Property needs a bit of a facelift. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Whole foods right across the street was a bonus. Plenty of towels and linens. I have to say this was such a perfect place to stay at! The location was great and within walking distance to Whole Foods, many bars and restaurants. Great location, clean, quiet. Responsive host. Easy check in. This quaint duplex is showing its age somewhat. Guest bath in particular is in need of a remodle. But it is fully functional. Decor not particularly stylish. The yard is in need of a sprinkler system. But, it has everything you’ll need and it is a good value. Again, clean comfortable, great location.

Dallas convenience and comfort

The VRBO is in a great location for exploring Dallas and the surrounding area with all you need to be comfortable. Convenient to grocery and restaurants/coffee shops. Responsive host. Steps into house means might not be the best choice for those with mobility issues. Can be a busy area at night and some noise gets into the master bedroom area.

The location of this place is amazing! You are literally right in the middle of Uptown. The neighborhood is very safe and very dog friendly. The house itself is lovely and the owner did a great job of updating this home. If you like people/dog watching this is your house and neighborhood. Many great restaurants are very close and within walking distance. While it’s within a mile from Downtown, you seem a world away from the hustle and bustle of “Downtown Dallas”. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking a good price and good value 👍

Superb location, property worn and unclean

We chose this property because of the great reviews and location. We arrived very late to a very unclean home and to no off street parking. It was a very unpleasant surprise. If it had been early enough I would have notified the owner and not unloaded until things were corrected or went to stay at a hotel.From the couch bed inundated with food to the very unclean kitchen where it was extremely obvious not even a wipe down was done, it was not a good feeling. The showers are unkept with mildew growth on the walls and washer/dryer were very unclean so we did not use them. They also had a broken handle. The off site parking also was not available due to the neighboring unit utilizing a washing machine in the back of their truck in the parking stall with electrical and plumbing run through the designated parking spot.
