Best location you could find for the entertainment city of Arlington, Texas. You could literally walk to AT&T or Globe Life stadiums, to restaurants, Walmart, Walgreens and more. Also, you could go to Six Flags, Hurricane Harbor, UTA university, DFW airport, Premium Outlet, Dallas and Fort Worth downtowns on a short drive.

The place is family friendly, work-friendly and as you can see very nice decorated. We also like to keep it clean and respond to our guests needs on time. *Ask me for car rental options.

Stayed for work. Appreciated the quiet apartment and quick access to restaurants! I was very comfortable. There is a nice tv in the bedroom but I would recommend a tv in the kitchen/living area as well. I would stay again. Thank you!

Thanksgiving Stay

Myself, my girlfriend, and our dog were in town for three nights during Thanksgiving while visiting friends and family. The location was convenient and the space was clean. We are happy the accommodations.

Centrally located, and clean. You can tell the property is maintained. You are given a specific parking spot, but during my stay it was consistently taken. I didn't use a rental car, but if you plan to and the parking arrangement is enforced, that may be a point of concern.

Unit was clean. Bed was comfortable and kitchenette was nice. Three of us stayed. Only found two towels in the restroom. Fortunately I found an extra towel in the closet. Personally, I think 4 towels minimum. AC window unit struggled a bit to keep both rooms cool.

In for the Bengals/Dallas game

Great place for what we needed. We just were in town for the Bengals/ Dallas game....a 3 night stay. The apartment was clean and in a convenient place for us. We walked to the AT&T stadium (1 mile walk) perfect.

Good for what we needed

We were in town for a concert at AT&T Stadium and we were super close to particular bar that has shuttles to and from. Also close to a few other cool bars/restaurants. The apartment was cute and clean. Neighborhood seemed kind of sketchy but we had no issues at all.

Over night stay for a concert

This location was clean and worked for us for an overnight stay for a concert. I wouldn’t Recommend walking to and from the concert venue, the neighborhood didn’t look too safe, but it was only a $7 Uber. Good communication with property manager.

Feels like home - LOVED IT

This was our 1st time visiting TX and we loved our stay here! Such a great location, the unit was so cozy, clean and decorated. Really did feel like home. There is a reserved spot to park right out front but we used Uber and Lyft instead. Drivers had no issues finding us and everything is close by. We also walked to several places during the day and night. Safe and quiet neighborhood. We will definitely book here again! Had the pleasure of meeting the host and she was such a a nice lady! ☺️

Great apartment, a little sketchy neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay! We came for a rangers game. This property is 1.1 miles from parking lot R at globe life field. It was easy to get in and out of. The apartment was clean and had the amenities we needed. The area surrounding was a little sketchy feeling. Gratefully husband was with us. This property has front row reserved parking spot. The door locks automatically after being unlocked for 10 seconds. That was a nice feature. Would stay here again!

Close to everything

This place is perfect for a solo traveler and up to 3 total guests. Close to sports venues, amusement parks, great restaurants and local grocers. Despite other reviews, I had no issues with the neighborhood - very quiet. I would give this five stars but the floors were filthy- not dirt you could see but dirt that showed up on your socks. Decided to trash one pair of socks instead of each daily pair. Besides that, everything was great - would stay here again, but would pack slippers!

Confusing number beds

In descriptive it says can sleep 5 and had pictures showing, what I thought was pull out couch, a twin rollaway and queen bed. It is not a pull out couch, but did have a queen air mattress. So we were fine with that. However, the air mattress won't hold air. It did have 2 rollaways, but they are very thin mattresses. It is not meant for 4 adults. Otherwise, it was very clean, seemed recently updated, cute little place. We would stay there again if it was just 2 of us.
