We threw my husbands 30th birthday party here! It was a blast and this home was more than enough space for our friends and family. The host has been awesome about staying in touch with us, especially as Texas is having some winter weather right now. The home is so cute and the size was perfect for us to have a few friends stay the night with us. It’s also a great location, right across from plenty of stores. We had an awesome time, thank you!

Honolulu blue invades Dallas

A great location for the Dallas Cowboys vs Detroit Lions match up. We came, we saw and we kicked butt! The house was nicely equipped for the group that traveled in from MI, LA and FL though all native Michiganders. Beds were very comfortable! Showers great! Grocery store right across the street! Breakfast restaurant and donut shop a few blocks away. Located close to AT&T stadium and Texas Live. Quick uber ride to the airport. Would stay again!

Eclipse Weekend

My friends and I came for the 2024 eclipse. The property was great for us. It was clean, with a large backyard and close to Dallas and Fort Worth. There is a grocery across the street and it is also in walking distance of a restaurant and cafe. The host was quick to respond to my questions. We had a good time and the backyard was perfect for hanging out after a day of events.

Perfect location

This was a great place for the events we had planned for the weekend, both in Dallas and Ft. Worth. Check-in was smooth. The house was clean and fit our needs nicely for our long weekend. We enjoyed sitting out in the back yard in the cool evenings and only, wish that there had been some light back there. The bed in the master bedroom was a little too soft but the guest bedroom near it had a nice, firm mattress, so that was not a big deal afterall.

Great spot for small gatherings and weekend hangouts.

Property was perfect for what we needed. Backyard is perfect for a small party and we were able to house 8 people between the three rooms, couch, and a couple air mattresses we brought. The grill worked well, just had to buy coals and lighter fluid. The cornhole bags were not usable, but we brought our own set. Johnny was easy to reach and responded quickly.

Bedrooms are spacious and beds sleeps great. Everything you need in the kitchen is there for you. Bathrooms are great, I loved the shower. The host hade a lot of extras for guests in the event you forgot to bring something. Plenty of towels. I even hade a special gift from my host. Close to everything

John was prompt with responding to Any questions or concerns. Rented the house to go to cowboys game on a Thursday night. Close to everything we wanted to do. House was clean, beds were comfy. Small issues when we arrived like washing machine detergent drawer broken and all outlets on the counter never worked but did not deter or stay or review. If ever in that area again I'd book this place.

Amazing Property

Mr. Johnny was very responsive to questions and ensuring that we got checked in OK. His backyard is amazing. His property is amazing. He does need to list that there is a fourth bedroom that’s not inside. It’s on the side of the house which is perfect for anyone who Needs their privacy, but still wants to be with the family. Neighbors were great did not complain about our midday, baby shower where we were playing music we had an amazing time. Our guest were ecstatic about how private it was and how open it was and clean and just an Our guest were ecstatic about how private it was and how open it was and clean and just a really nice piece of property,and I will definitely use his property again.

Great DFW Central Choice

This was a great landing pad for a few days of a adventuring between Dallas and Fort Worth. As a solo traveler, I stayed for a multi purpose trip of visiting friends and family, (including inviting a few over for one night), working, and just coming back for a nights rest after gallivanting the town. The area was super quiet, convenient, and safe - even with a grocery store and retailers across the street. The 3 rooms were clean and cozy. I appreciated that the home was thoughtfully stocked with limited toiletries, detergents, soaps, tp, coffee snacks. I knew I could have had more family over and cook many meals there and the home would support that. I had a couple questions on my stay and the host replied to me right away. Easy lock and check in/out process with checklist.

The house is conveniently located near Dallas/Ft Worth airport and attractions. However the neighborhood it is in appears a bit rough and run down. It is on the corner of a loud road. *Be aware* there is another apartment or room of the house that is rented out separately, so you are not getting the house to yourself. I was not aware of this until time to check inand didn not appreciatr that, especially as we had my young daughters and nieces withus. Ci think that imformation should have been shared in the listing.

Wonderful stay - but...

We absolutely loved our stay here inside the home! The house was clean, cozy, and well-stocked with all the essentials. The neighborhood was fantastic, and we loved being on a corner lot. The A/C kept us perfectly comfortable in the July heat, and the bathrooms were spacious and well-maintained. The water pressure was excellent, and having laundry on-site was super convenient. Plus, the host was incredibly communicative, which made everything that much easier. The only drawback was the goat head stickers in the yard, which made it impossible to enjoy the outdoor spaces. I didn’t reach out to the host about it because there is nothing to be done about it that would be a quick fix. It is something that could be resolved in the future. If they manage to address that, this place would truly be a gem! Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again if the sticker issue was addressed. If you don't want to use the back yard, I highly recommend!
