  • Beautiful cozy apartment located in a lovely and quiet  residential neighborhood, with shopping mall in walking distance. The apartment features two spacious bedrooms with 2 king size beds, 1 twin size mattresses. Each bathroom has one bathtub, fully geared kitchen. 200M high speed internet and 50' big screen TV can satisfy any entertainment demand. The apartment is very close to the swimming pool and tennis court. It also has one assigned covered parking spots.
    When you go outside the apartment, you see the pool and tennis court right next to the condo, feels like in its own backyard. The host provides keuring K-cup coffee brewer, with grounds coffee, chocolate powder. Kitchen has bowls, pans, cups, plates, toaster, knives, utensil, olive oil, salt and pepper, protein powder. The bathroom has hand soap , shampoo, conditioner, body wash, blower. The guests don't need to bring anything.
    It locates on Preston road and near the shopping mall, market, gas station and restaurants. It takes 20 mins drive to downtown Dallas, 30 mins drive to Airport, 10 mins drive to Northpark Center. 10 mins drive to UTD.
