"The room was great but was saddened that no one ever called me back or emailed me. I wanted champagne waiting for my wife. It was her birthday weekend. We drove over 5 hours. Unacceptable. Better late than never I guess but that wasn’t the point! "

"It was a very busy day. There was a cheer competition and the Dallas Christmas parade all on the same day. Our checkin was quick and painless. The staff was kind and courteous. We were in a room at the end away from the cheer kiddos so it was a comfortable and quiet night. Will stay again. "

"Love this hotel! First off they are not shoo-ing you out the door first thing in the A.M., and they don't shut done the pool at 9pm like most. All of the staff was friendly and courteous. The rooms were clean and designed well, oh and the beds were very comfortable. I would also like to give a special shout-out to Scott from the front desk who went above and beyond to roll out the red carpet on our second night checking back in (because the first night was so far above the status quo of a typical Hotel). Well done Signature Sandman, well done."
