Not a quiet room
Asked for quiet room at reservation and then again at check in. Had a party going on in room next door and hallway. Tried to call front desk and got recording it was over 10 minute wait time. Not staying here again.

The best are very comfortable!
The hotel room was spacious, the parking situation was very easy and it’s close to a lot of stores and restaurants. The beds were surprisingly super comfortable!

It’s an okay place. The building is pretty old with a rickety elevator that had every guest worried when using it. Beyond that it wasn’t too bad. Just not the best facility.

Checked in to my 1st room. The toilet was broke and practically fell over. 2nd room was way smaller so no upgrade for the inconvenience of having to move rooms. I added another night the front desk couldn't just add it i had to go back to expieda an do it. Then they wanted another deposit for the 2nd night. Find another hotel.

The front desk staff was really nice. The hotel was really clean inside. The rooms appear to be a little older but it still was really decent inside. They also had a really nice breakfast. If I come back to Dallas I will definitely stay here again.

Very clean and maintained. Breakfast was excellent and Samual Garcia was very efficient, friendly and attentive. This is our second stay at this hotel and it’s quality has been consistent. We will be staying here again.

Hotel really gives minimal effort. I felt like I was in a much cheaper motel from the 80s- not a four star hotel. Overall look of the facilities was in great need of updating. Microwave in the room had to at least be as old as me. Some of the painted doors and doorways in the rooms made you wonder if the color was meant to be that yellowed looking, or if maybe it was just cigarette stains and the paint was originally white. Bed was not comfortable- I had to stack the pillows to even get a little bit of cushion for my head. Not worth the price.

I had high expectations for this stay considering we have stayed at other MCM Elegantes. The breakfast was awesome. Everything else, not so much. The toilet in our bathroom was childsize. It took forever for the water to warm up and then was scalding hot. No in-between. The bathtub stopper didn't work. I used a plastic soap wrapper to plug it long enough to give my grands a bath.The sheets were rough like they were old, and the phone cord would not stay in the phone so I could not call room service. I had to go to the bar to ask for milk because there was not a refreshment area at the check-in area. The area is extremely noisy all night, and not just because it is near the airport. Cars were drag racing ALL night, both nights we were there. I will not stay here again.

Checking in was a very slow process due to only having one person at the counter. There were two people ahead of me and I waited approximately 15m. All of the staff we encountered were very nice. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable enough and each bed had 4small pillows on it. The bar had 2 free happy hr drinks offered for each adult and the prices on the drinks after weren’t unreasonable. The rooms themselves were clean and comfortable however fairly outdated. They did have Starbucks coffee available to make in the room and there were a couple bath and body works toiletries available to use. We didn’t use the pool due to it being out of season. The hot breakfast the next morning was nice. They served scrambled eggs, hash browns, biscuit with gravy, toast, fruit, bacon, sausage as well as fresh orange juice. I did get a notification on my gps about car theft at this location however they do have security on site and it seemed to be a non issue. My guess is the theft happened off site. I would stay again.
