The Space:

Guests will enjoy a relaxing and comfortable retreat in this spacious floor plan. Sleeps up to 20 total! Two bedrooms downstairs and three bedrooms upstairs. In addition to the king bed, 3 queen beds, and 2 twin bunkbeds, there is also a queen sofa bed, futon and 5 twin foam mattresses that may place as you choose. All to accommodate large groups. Four full bathrooms. Enjoy the saltwater aquarium which has corals and fish from all over the world!

PS5 with two controllers included in the upstairs loft. Perfect for weddings and graduations!

The backyard is surrounded by enlightening string lights so can experience a resort like feel with your private pool and spa! Grass is all turf / artificial grass so can enjoy outdoors with cozy grass on your soles!

Kitchen includes all pots, pans, slow-cooker, waffle maker, magic bullet/smoothie maker, utensil’s, cutlery, bowls, all size plates, glasses, mugs, towels, spices, seasonings, and basic necessities.

The Keurig Duo coffee station gives the convenience of a k-cup or a whole pot. Coffees, teas, and sugar all included.

The home overall has a luxurious and contemporary feel with all stainless steel appliances and modern furniture. All the beds have soft and fluffy down comforters and high quality sheets. Bathrooms all include premium hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper and plenty of towels so less things for you to pack!

The private office with desk, chairs and futon is a great space do get any personal work done.

With 1000MB / 1GB of fiber optic Wifi, you will always have fast and reliable internet.

The high ceilings throughout and plenty of natural light from the huge skylight upstairs make the home feel so open and serene.

Home is located in the beautiful neighborhood of Richland Meadows in Richardson, Texas. Uptown only 11 miles. Downtown Dallas is only 12 miles. DFW Airport only 19 miles. Galleria Mall is 7 miles and Northpark Mall is 6 miles. Highways are within 5 minutes. Kroger, various restaurants, salons are all walking distance. Very family friendly neighborhood.



Getting Around:

If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer free parking in the semi-round driveway on the property. 3 cars in driveway and 2 in front of house, and 2 in the back driveway for total of at least 7 parking spots. Easy to bring in luggage. Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7. Dart train and bus station also within 4 minutes away.
