This Home has been Totally remodeled from the studs out!! Beautifully designed (3 Bedroom 2 Bath) as a Short Term Rental to gather with friends and family. Walking distance to ATnT Stadium Globe Life Park Baseball Stadium and Texas Live ...Downtown Dallas is 20 East and 20 minutes to the West is Downtown Fort Worth w Easy Freeway Access. Every Room Features T.V's with WIFI Access to Stream your Favorite Programs .FYI. There are 2 half bathrooms with a shower in the middle. One of the bathrooms is connected to one of the bedrooms. It was a good stay, had everything we needed for a weekend stay. Only about a 20 minute walk to Globe Life field and like 10 minutes to At&t Cowboys stadium.

Great location. Walking distance to AT&T stadium and Globe Life Field as well numerous restaurants. Centrally located to see both Dallas and Fort Worth. Very nice and quiet neighborhood, lovely house with a private/relaxing backyard.

Could Not Have Been In A Better Location to AT&T!

Very Clean and well maintained. Small but well laid out to maximize efficiency, Large Backyard. 5-minute walk to AT&T and many other attractions. Parking is so expensive at these venues, so it is definitely a plus! We would definitely stay again.

The homes location was great. it's a short walk to the football and baseball stadiums as well as Texas Live. The home is newly updated and clean. The owner was very responsive to questions I had and after we left an item upon checkout, he was more than happy to send the item back. I would highly recommend this rental, especially if you're attending football or baseball games.

Perfect location situated between Dallas & Fort Worth. Easy walking distance to AT&T & Globe Life park. Good selection of restaurants nearby. Kitchen was well supplied for cooking & serving meals. Limited seating & some of the bar stools need to be replaced. Comfortable stay for 6 adults.

The house was great. There is a really nice outdoor area to sit. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The kitchen was big and there was a TV in every room. Was within walking distance to AT&T stadium. The owner was very quick to respond to all our questions. Would highly recommend staying there!

The location was perfect. The neighborhood was nice and not really that busy considering where it's located. It was a short walk to the AT&T Stadium and kept us from having to pay additional parking fees and having to worry about driving in the traffic. The house was clean and fully stocked with toiletries, towels, soaps, appliances, and blankets/pillows. Everything that was listed was available and usable. The beds were comfortable. The check-out instructions were clear and simple. We didn't have any issues gaining entry to the house using the keypad code that was assigned to us. The garage was accessible and easy to use. My family and I were very pleased with our stay here. Definitely a "must book" property if you're looking for something close to the stadium.

Arlington Cowboys weekend

The property is very, very convenient to AT&T stadium and Globe Life park. We attended Rally Day on Saturday and the Dallas Cowboys game on Sunday night. It was a very easy and safe three block walk. The property is in a nice residential area and surprisingly quiet for the amount of retail establishments surrounding the area. Communication with the owner was superb as he always responded very quickly.

Great place to stay for visit to AT&T Stadium. Walkable to venue. House was as listed. Comfortable bedrooms and good space for 5 adults. Nice big kitchen and bar for gathering. Worked well for our weekend trip. Mitchell was very responsive to any questions and it was great to be able to check in early. The Perfect Place for our Family

We were in town for an awareness walk and our party included 2 grandparents and a family of 4 (4 year old and a baby + 2 parents). This house was just perfect for our needs. The family room and breakfast room were separated enough so that the folks visiting at the kitchen island weren't distracted by the tv watchers in the living room. We utilized the Keurig, but didn't do any real cooking this trip. The location is great, just a few blocks south of I-30 and an easy walk to Cowboy stadium if that's your destination. I would recommend this host and home and we will look for its availability if we're in Arlington again. Thanks Mitchell!
