The Lake is at a perfect level. It should be a nice summer for enjoying the lake.
Our chic and cozy lake house has everything you need to have a great time. Peaceful area great for swimming, fishing, wildlife watching, kayaking, canoeing, boating and/or paddleboating. OUR GUEST HOUSES ARE ALL TOGETHER, so if you have a group that want to be together, but in separate houses, you can rent more than one next door to each other pending availability.
We have our deluxe Pontoon boat we rent exclusively to our guests, when available. We also keep kayaks, watermats, a canoe, and a paddleboat available for our guests to rent when conditions permit.
This particular property's first bedroom has a king bed and the second one has a full bed with a twin trundle bed.


We have a charcoal grill and a wood burning campfire pit that is always a hit with both adults and children. This house is a wonderful place to relax and watch a gorgeous sunset either at the burn pit or under the covered porch with a sunset bar. The porch has a table and two bar areas for you to use, including the ā€œsunset barā€, while enjoying your favorite beverages or food.

We provide wifi internet TV on a new large screen TV see and wireless internet. The kitchen is fully furnished with new stainless steel appliances, including a convection oven.

Our lakehouse is conveniently located 7 minutes from downtown Frisco. Toyota Stadium, Dr. Pepper Park, Mall, and fine restaurants are just minutes away. There are lots of restaurants, shopping areas, and family entertainment opportunities just minutes from the house. Hydrous Wakeboard Park, Towers Taphouse, and Hula Hut are all in sight across the lake. DFW and Love Field are only 35 minutes away.

Our house is perfect for the couple or small group that would like to getaway for the weekend or week.

Great Lake location

We loved having the great views of the lake and it was a quiet neighborhood. Owner was very responsive to our questions. We would stay at this location again as proximity to shopping and grocery was short drive.

Perfect house on the lake

My wife and I stayed at this house for almost a month and had a great time. The house was perfect for the two of us and our two dogs. We spent every night on the back patio watching the wildlife around the lake while the dogs played in the huge yard. The house had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable. My wife enjoyed the table by the window, where she worked during the day with a perfect view of the lake. The house has a remote feel but you are very close to anything you might need. There were several nights we didnā€™t want to cook and had DoorDash delivered. There was a huge selection of places to order from. The property owners are great people and are always available if needed. Definitely one of the best places weā€™ve stayed.

Great lakeside location

The house is very well maintained and super clean. The view out the windows to the lake is outstanding. The location is close to lots of restaurants and activities, and very quiet. The property owner made the whole experience really easy, communication was first rate. We had a great couples getaway!

Great Get Away Vacation

Everything that we needed to relax was at the house on the lake where we stayed for 4 days.The house was clean and had everything we needed. We only left one time the 4 days we were there and that was to have Sunday lunch with our kids.The best time was sitting out on the deck early morning in our pajamas, drinking coffee and enjoying the quietness of the morning. Same thing late afternoon, having a snack and watching the ducks, the squirrels and the rabbits. Easy to get used to this kind of life.

Great experience!

I spent Easter weekend at this property and loved it! I needed to just get away for a few days (Th-Sun) and enjoy nature. The house was the perfect size, clean, and on the waterfront. I did some painting, hiked, and chilled. Beautiful sunsets! The host lives next door and was very accommodating. * 5 stars for this stay!

Summer fun!

Nicest place. Lake access. Great hosts. Comfy furniture. Great patio. Great place to get away for quiet time and sunsets. We have stayed here before. Always such a nice retreat!! Our golden loves the lake and plays for hours. Jeri and Jerry are fabulous!! A must for a vacay.

Warm and welcoming

We came to watch our grandson play in the World Series. We wish we couldā€™ve stayed longer. It was absolutely amazing!!! We enjoyed getting up having coffee on the back patio, and watching the ducks. It was cozy and very clean. Jeri, and his wife were absolutely wonderful host. We loved our trip to Frisco, Tx and would most definitely recommend Jeriā€™s place to stay.

Beautiful Getaway

I can not say enough about this little place, community, and the owners! My husband and I need a mommy/daddy getaway to relax and unwind and thatā€™s exactly what this place offered. It was absolutely beautiful to wake up and see the lake from the big windows in the den and kitchen. Sunsets are beautiful in the evening. Jerri and his wife and super sweet and extremely accommodating. We will definitely be coming back to this cute little rental again in the future!

Felt like Home!

Met the owner Jerry soon as I drove down the road. It was if we were old friends. Great Guy. Jerry is helpful, friendly and was there if we needed anything. It was a long drive from Maryland and to be welcomed so warmly meant alot to us. This is a nice home with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Got some well needed rest

Enjoyed our stay. Was hoping that the weather was going to be nice but it was not. Had some issues with the water when we got there but Jerry took care of it. There were a couple dogs, from down the road, that roamed around. We had our dog with us and made sure to have her on a leash when someone was around but was surprised a couple time with the dogs just running around. The host were super, wish we could have spent more time chatting with them, we were sick for most of the two weeks we were there. Hope to visit this property again in the future.
