Not the usual ...

Most things were ok. Neighborhood was not the best. On two separate days the smoke alarm went off. After I called, the manager said he would replace the batteries. He said he would call me so we could enter the unit together, but he went on his own. Then two days later the smoke alarm went off again. I had to climb on a chair and remove the battery myself as the manager was not available. On the last day there was no hot water for our showers.
