Hotel assigned same confirmation to two different reservations so mine got booted when the other customer checked in first. Long wait while they figured it out. Got a room but cockroach in the hall made me wish I’d booked a different hotel.

We stayed here for the April 2024 total eclipse and it ended up being the perfect location. The hotel rooms were really spacious and clean. Breakfast downstairs was super tasty each day. After the eclipse there was a big thunderstorm that came thru, the building felt very sturdy and secure. But in the morning we did notice there was a leak of some sort in the breakfast area. There was a few little things like our tv remote didn’t work. The drawer of the bathroom sink wouldn’t close and the sink spout placement was a bit off. We did end up buying ourselves a universal lg remote to fix our tv problem. But otherwise these little things didn’t impact our enjoyment of our stay. We would come here again in the future. We did not go to the steakhouse that’s in the parking lot, but the location is central to many eating places so there was no shortage of places to eat.

The staff was professional, courteous, and had a positive attitude. The room was big and clean! The stay was quiet and relaxing, and the breakfast was excellent! If ever in the area again, I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel!
