Staff for the most part was very nice and very responsive. The one area that was a problem for a few days was housekeeping which was very hit and miss.

I truly enjoyed my stay at hotel indigo. Whenever I first came in, we had an issue with our room in the manager, Lazarus helped us out. He was so nice and attentive along with the rest of the staff. Great location very clean hotel. I will definitely stay again in the future.

It was ok.
We booked a king size bed and got a queen, paid more for parking via the website for valet than at the hotel, if by “eco friendly” you mean no trash bags, then I guess they were. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but it just wasn’t worth the price point.

Quick overnight, slept great in super comfy bed
We wanted to stay somewhere close to the downtown restaurants and bars for a quick overnight birthday outing. The location, price, and style of this hotel was perfect for that. Because I made plans last minute, I also needed a pet friendly option (that didn't charge an exorbitant fee) and this hotel checked that box too. Yay! I must say, the bed and pillows were SO comfy! The park right outside for walking my dog was super convenient. The shower was nice and the toiletries that were provided smelled great and didn't bother my sensitive skin. The only thing the room didn't have was a microwave, which would have been nice to reheat some food. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Stayed one night. Common areas were very clean and well maintained. Room was quaint and very clean. Desk staff were very professional and polite. We stayed on the 9th floor overlooking the park. Hotel was not overtly busy that weekend and all was quiet. Some street noise but not anything out of the norm. Only issue was lack of water pressure in shower but honestly not a problem. We will certainly visit again.
