Wonderful outdoor area with heated pool, putting green, lots of shaded seating, and a fire pit This well-appointed home is professionally decorated, and EVERYTHING is brand new as of June 2023.
Professionally decorated from top to bottom. Enjoy your coffee or cocktail in the large outdoor space that has plenty of comfortable seating, a fire pit, a charcoal grill, a large diving pool, and a putting green. Starting around noon, the huge tree supplies shade for 80% of the backyard and pool and last throughout the rest of the afternoon.
With two living areas and a huge game room, you will have plenty of room to spread out.
Very near excellent and authentic restaurants and bars.

This is a quiet, nice neighborhood. Most of the homes around have been remodeled in the last few years.
This is a nice and quiet neighborhood. We always respect our neighbors, and we expect our guests to do the same. Unreasonably loud guests may be asked to leave the property. Please treat our home and neighborhood as you would your own. The pool heat is an additional $150 per day with a 2 day minimum. It is not necessary to heat the pool from June 1st to October 1st. The pool can not be heated if the temperature is below 45 degrees at any time during your stay.

Awesome House W/ Private Pool
This house was just as described and everything we were looking for! We had a birthday weekend for a friend and took advantage of the relaxing pool, multiple living areas, and everyone had their own bedroom w/tv. Communication with the host was great and he also checked in on us after the first night! The house had a well stocked kitchen and we really appreciated the additional fans in each room with these hot summer days. The backyard was the best part and spent all day in the relaxing pool. Neighborhood was very quiet and plenty of parking behind the house or street. Would 100% stay at this location again. Thank you for a really great visit!

Absolutely PERFECT!!!
We have rented many short- and long-term places all over Dallas b/c we have two adult children living there who now have young children! Blake's place is our all time favorite! Spotlessly clean and well maintained, inside and out. Very spacious inside and out too with with multiple gathering areas and seating for several. Extra towels in bathrooms plus beach towels for pool. Decorated nicely but not with knickknacks so there was room to put your own things. While only 4 of us stayed overnight, there was plenty of room for grandbabies (and tired parents!) to take afternoon naps. Quiet, safe, walkable neighborhood with grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Easy access and plenty of parking. Kitchen well equipped for making meals. We used to rent lake houses near Dallas for Labor Day Weekend with kids. This was our first time renting a pool house and Blake's house was absolutely perfect! We hope to use again next year!

Inviting backyard
We spent most of our time in the backyard. Pictures are exactly what the house is. Older neighborhood but very clean and felt very safe. Owners did a great job upgrading this house. It was very homey.
