Great location

This VRBO is very centrally located. It's a 1 miles walk to the stadiums. We walked to Globe Life Park and it was easy. Real close to six flags and the water park too. We would stay here again. House was clean... Large bedrooms and comfortable beds.

Great Economic Family Stay

We were in Texas to visit Dallas and Fort Worth. This was a clean and adequate home at a great price. If you were staying in the house for a longer time than just to sleep and get ready, you would probably want to stay somewhere else, but this was perfect for our needs and we were able to save money and spend it more on what we were doing g. Thank you for having us!

Solid place for an event at AT&T

This is a great location for visiting Arlington, just a short walk from ATT and many central restaurants. Nothing fancy, so ideal for people that just need a small reasonably priced place to sleep.

Cheap and easy!

We only needed this place for two nights. Check in/out was incredibly easy. Very clean place. It was very close to food and activities. Host was great and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We will probably book this property again when we come back for more Six Flags!

Nice 2 bedroom home close to the stadiums

The house was great for our needs. We had 3 adults that stayed at the house. It was close to the Rangers ballpark. We still ended up driving instead of walking to the ballpark. There are restaurants within walking distance and an arcade place.

Perfect for AT&T Events

We went to the 2 day Metallica show at AT&T stadium. This place was perfect. It was walking distance from the stadium and the baseball stadium. Also walking distance from several awesome restaurants. Highly recommend Taco Cartel and Grease Monkey. We ate at both locations multiple times. If you you're going to an event at ATT and need a place to stay this place is perfect.

Location and Quality

The location was great. The Walmart was close by, several gas stations and several eating places. It was also convenient to go visit attractions in the area. It was great to have a washer/dryer on site along with a fully equipped kitchen. Only negative comment we had was the floors could of been a little cleaner. Perhaps a rug inside the back door would solve that problem.

Nice getaway

Property was clean, only hiccups were not enough towels for four adults staying 2 nights and the shower/tub needs something there to help people from sliding when in the shower/tub. Also, hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes and mirrors throughout the house would have been a nice touch.

Simple and clean

We put five adults and one infant in this house for the weekend for a Cowboys game… probably a bit too small for 5 because there’s only one bathroom but we made it work. We walked back and forth to the stadium and Texas Live which was super convenient. The house is clean and the neighborhood was quiet… Jonathan answered my questions minutes after I asked them. I recommend taking your own pillows and an extra mirror. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice safe location

I was in town for three days with a friend for a concert at AT&T stadium. The house was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is in a good location with easy access to plenty of stores and restaurants. I did wish there was a full length mirror. There is only one mirror in the house, which is in the bathroom. With more than one female getting dressed, it can be a bit stressful. Other than that, all was good and I would stay again.

So the house was cute and comfortable it had everything we needed from cooking Equipment and utensils to shampoo conditioners towels etc. We told the owners we were there for a Christian conference and they put John 3:16 on there board to welcome us i thought that was awesome they also new we’d be showing up real late and they went out of their was to leave the outside and kitchen light on for us. They were super responsive for every little question i had and super kind! Id book here again!On a side not-we were actually gonna cancel because our plans had changed and that was there very next day after booking this house and come to find out this particular property has very strict cancellation policies so before you book it make sure you’re 100% sure you want it because you will not get a refund.

Close to Globe Life Stadium

We spent two days in the home and it was walking distance (30 minutes) to Globe Life Stadium where we attended a concert. It felt safe to walk through the neighborhood, even after 11pm. We also walked to Cane Rosso restaurant for dinners and had the best pizza and good service. Several restaurants were within easy walking distance which is very nice. The only drawback to this location was minor, but inconvenient. Both bedrooms had nice large comfortable beds, but nothing else in the room, no chair, bench, dresser, bedside table to place items from our suitcases. Otherwise everything was great!

Value house close to AT&T Stadium

For events at AT&T stadium this home is right there at a nice price. We appreciated the proximity. The home itself could use some TLC not evident from the photos and at the time of the listing there was a foosball table in the photos for entertainment but it had been removed. Also aside from some needed repairs, the kitchen served well but lacked many utensils. The beds however were super comfortable. We got exactly what we needed from the home. A affordable close place to sleep after a concert at AT&T. If that’s all you need it will be enough.

Needs some work

First the pros: The house is clean. Mattresses are comfortable. Listing is accurate and everything works. Neighborhood is safe, and not noisy. Close to the stadiums - short Lyft ride or 30-minute walk. We did not get check-in information for the house 12 hours ahead of time as expected, but the owners did allow us to drop our luggage earlier than check-in time, which we GREATLY appreciated. The cons: The house itself needs work. Loose and rotting out floorboards is the primary issue. In addition, there is NOTHING extra in the house. The only furniture in the bedrooms is the bed, there is one small towel rack for a hand towel in the bathroom. There are no hooks, nowhere to hang towels. There were a total of 4 (very flat) pillows in the house, so after one night we went to Walmart and bought 4 more pillows and cases and a bath mat, as there was nothing to step out of the shower onto. We left those items there, so hopefully they will be there for the next renters. The location is good if you have a car. We were attempting to do that trip without one and found that impossible - our fault, not the house’s, but wanted to mention that in case you’re thinking of trying. All in all, the house was clean and serviceable, but a couple hundred dollars invested in towel bars, nightstands, lamps, a rug or two, and nailing down some floorboards would make a big difference.

Not quite as I expected

Pros-host was easy to communicate with. Tried to solve our problem. Property is near many stores and restaurants. Neighborhood was quiet. CONS- 1st- you have to park in backyard. Entrance is an alley that is overgrown and narrow.Concrete pad we were to park on was too small for our truck. We had to park sideways so the tailgate didnt stick out in alley. No gate to close so I kept checking our truck to make sure noone tried to steal it. 2nd the home seemed clean at first but it wasnt. Found cereal in sofabed. Microwave and stove werent cleaned right. Pot holders were dirty and floor wasnt swept very well. 3rd it has the very basic furniture. Only a bed in bedrooms,no bedside table,had to put everthing on the floor. Only 1 small closet. There were 5 of us and there were 5 towels. Had to do laundry quite a bit. (Washer and dryer was a plus) There is a picture of a foosball table but the home had no foosball table. Only 1 pan to cook with and had no lid. Had to go buy dishsoap,handsoap and paper towels. If you book this home take everything you think you might need. There are no extras. Would I book again-No. Ps. On the 3rd night we heard something scratching loudly in the wall. Think theres a possum under the house. Friendly host but it was a letdown of our first vrbo stay!!
