Room was awesome, staff is great outside of keeping things going at a busy breakfast time. The trash was too full and people had to wait quite a bit for a hot breakfast. Front desk people are great. We will be back.

I always enjoy this Element hotel, friendly,bery nice staff, professional, cleanliness is extremely important to me. Even this time I used the laundry room and I was impressed, it also was clean, my only suggestion would be to put better signs so when guest use the dryers they clean the lint traps also the area to add detergent can stand a cleaning but otherwise, all is always awesome!!! Great staff and hotel

My family and I stayed here for three nights, and it was truly an amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel was peaceful and relaxing, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A special mention goes to the sweet older lady who prepared the breakfast each morning — she was so kind, and the food was absolutely outstanding! It was such a wonderful way to start each day. I honestly don’t understand why this place has bad reviews online, because our experience was nothing short of exceptional. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable — we will definitely be back!
