Our brand-new saltwater pool includes:

Heating to 82–84°F

Integrated spa set to 101°F and fully guest-controlled

Pool heating fees: (Spa use is free)

$100 for the first day

$50 for each additional consecutive day

Note: For safety, pool heating will automatically shut off if the outdoor temperature drops near 40°F. If issues arise during your stay, please contact us—adjustments can usually be made upon request, weather permitting.

Up to 5 vehicles may park in the front driveway

An additional 4 spots are available behind the home

★No Parties or Large Gatherings
Only registered guests are allowed at the property. Unauthorized gatherings or excessive mess may result in a $1,000 fee. Please reach out if you're unsure whether your plans meet our house rules.

★No Pets
Sorry, due to cleaning and allergies we do not allow pets.

★Streaming and Cable Access
All TVs are Smart TVs preloaded with YouTube TV (cable channels). Guests may log in to their own Netflix, Amazon, or other streaming services.

★Security
For your peace of mind, security cameras are located:

At the front driveway

At the smart doorbell

In the backyard facing the pool
