Nice place, clean and with great city location. Close to so many attractions. Furniture was not comfortable and only bed was appropriate for sleeping. I would only use for two adults max. Loveseat back seemed to be broken and not useable.

I really enjoyed my stay at this condo. It was very clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. The restaurant in the lobby was really great and I had easy access to the city. I would definitely recommend this location and I appreciate the nice sheets and comfortable bed.

This was my first time staying in an “apartment building” vs a hotel. We are from a small town so navigating the city was a learning experience but the instructions given to us were amazing. We enjoyed the huge windows and the views. Would love to stay here again if we ever get back to Dallas.

Great Location

Great location! Close to bagels for the morning, 15 min walk to the convention center and a 7 min walk to a great steak restaurant! Loved the apartment! Was very nice and felt like a place you’d want to live! I’m definitely booking again the next time I’m in Dallas!!

Fantastic Value!

This chic, comfortable apt had it all. Convenient location, unobtrusive security, well-appointed unit with lots of light and city view, great toiletries, beautiful kitchen. Walked to the Winspear Opera House, the JFK Sixth Floor Museum, and to a great breakfast spot (Metropolitan on Main). Highly recommend.

Better than a hotel!

I brought my daughter and her friend down for a concert. The location was close to the venue, lots of great restaurants nearby, and easy to get around. It was a much better option a hotel for us. The place was clean and perfect! The protest manager was quick to respond to any questions we had and super helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice place

Overall this was a nice place to stay. Easy to access and plenty of room. Nice to have some toiletries available. The bed was sort of uncomfortable. It’s a memory mattress but my hips sank to the bottom and it almost felt like I was sleeping in a recliner. Also host never responded about a bracelet for the pool but I don’t think you really need it. For the price I was very happy!!

beautiful owner mentions already, but parking is behind. make a block towards thanksgiving. looks BETTER than the pictures. necessities was pretty much provided, i didn’t need to buy anything extra. place is clean, well kept together. noise wasn’t a problem for me personally but you do hear a little city going on. i thought it was a cool effect, isn’t not obnoxious. the restaurant attached is so good, chill. owner is super nice, easy going! very attentive!
