IS ZEN COUNTRY RIGHT FOR YOU?
This is an older home with thoughtful upgrades, individual room styles and plenty of character. It is a place for connection and a comfortable home base, not newly built interiors or matching designer finishes. Look through the photos and sleeping layout before choosing. The home's age never replaces our responsibility for cleanliness, safety and maintenance.

ROOM TO GATHER, WITH A REAL SLEEPING PLAN
The home spans multiple levels and has stairs, including access to the downstairs Twin Room. It is not a fully step-free property.
• Luxury Master Suite: king bed and couch; primary bathroom with an indoor jetted bath.
• K Room: queen bed, double bed and an air mattress.
• Graffiti Room: queen bed.
• Marble Room: queen bed.
• Downstairs Twin Room: single bed, bunk bed and additional lounge/sleeping seating shown in the listing photos.
• Living room: two couches.
Maximum overnight occupancy is 16. Larger groups use a mix of beds, couches and an air mattress; this is not 16 conventional bed spaces. Please agree on who sleeps where before booking. Starting the group chat does not automatically win you the king. Nice try.

THE GOOD STUFF IS ALREADY HERE
A full kitchen for shared meals, Wi-Fi, on-property parking, a private fenced yard, deck, mini putt-putt and outdoor fire pit. Bring your favorite movie, a deck of cards and someone who knows when to flip a pancake. Use of the fire pit depends on conditions and house instructions. The primary bathroom's jetted bath is indoors; there is no outdoor hot tub.

COME FOR A WEEKEND. OR FIND YOUR FEET FOR LONGER.
A home base for family visits, wedding guests, sports trips and quiet time together. Furnished stays can also suit work assignments, relocation or temporary housing while a home is repaired. Send your dates, guest count and practical needs through Vrbo; availability, extensions and any additional services must be confirmed. We do not promise insurance coverage or a particular commute time. Dallas is in West Georgia; check your actual destination and traffic.

SMALL MOMENTS, OPTIONAL EXTRAS
Picture a first-night fire with marshmallows, or a birthday surprise waiting when your group arrives. Ask through Vrbo about a s'mores supply kit, celebration setup, breakfast or grocery requests. Contents, availability and the total price are confirmed before you agree; these are optional, not included automatically. Early arrival, late departure and extra cleaning depend on the calendar and service availability. Booking and any approved charges stay through Vrbo.

YOUR STAY, CLEARLY
The home and yard are private to your group; the host lives off-site. Self-check-in instructions arrive through your reservation. Exterior entry cameras are disclosed; no indoor cameras. Check-in is after 4 PM, checkout before 10 AM, and quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM. Pets require prior approval and the applicable booking terms. This is a pet-friendly home, so an allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed.
