This place was so cute and I love the location. I was needing to go back and forth from grapevine and Dallas so this was perfect! Plus it’s was close to food and shopping area. And the house felt so homie. Beds were very comfortable and the whole family enjoyed the stay!

Although we were unable to stay the full time due to air conditioning issues, at none of the fault of the hosts, we really appreciated our host, Erica! She responded super quickly to the issues and was able to get a repair man to the property within a few hours. The property was clean, very cute, well maintained, and accurate to the listing. Nice house, cold showers

The house itself was great - clean and comfortable! The hot tub was nice and the ability to utilize already logged in to streaming platforms was appreciated. The only complaint I have is that the hot water was almost non-existent. 5 minutes of hot water was all we got, so multiple people needing to shower back to back was difficult. Otherwise this is a great house.
